1. Privacy at a glance

The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.

This website does not set cookies, does not use any analytics or tracking tools, and does not embed third-party content that transmits your data to others. Fonts and the hero video are served locally from our own server, not from external services.

2. Controller

The party responsible for data processing on this website is:

DubbeDynamics GmbH

Weidplatz 3

67098 Bad Dürkheim, Germany

Phone: +49 173 3062924

Email: info@dubbedynamics.com

The controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

3. Hosting

We host the content of our website with an external service provider (host). The provider is IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.

When you visit our website, the host records various log files, including your IP address. This is done for the purpose of a secure, stable and efficient operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the host, ensuring that visitors' personal data is processed only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

4. General information and mandatory disclosures

Legal bases: Where you have consented to processing, it is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. For the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR applies. For compliance with legal obligations, Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR, and to safeguard our legitimate interests, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Storage period: Unless a more specific storage period is stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for processing no longer applies. Statutory retention periods (e.g. under commercial or tax law) remain unaffected.

Withdrawal of your consent: You may withdraw consent already given at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until withdrawal remains unaffected.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Where data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

SSL/TLS encryption: For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix and the lock symbol in your browser's address bar.

5. Data collection on this website

Server log files: The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. Collection is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for technically error-free and secure operation.

Contact form: If you contact us via the enquiry form, the details you provide (name, company, email address, telephone number, industry, subject and your message) are stored by us in order to process your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the initiation of a contract, and otherwise on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling the enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The form is transmitted in encrypted form to our own server; no form data is transmitted to third parties.

Enquiry by email or phone: If you contact us by email or telephone, your enquiry, including all personal data arising from it, will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. Legal bases as for the contact form.

The data collected in this context will remain with us until you request deletion, withdraw your consent, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.

6. No cookies, no tracking, no external services

This website does not store cookies and does not access information on your device that is not strictly necessary for the operation of the site. No analytics, statistics or tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo) are used.

Fonts are loaded locally from our server (no Google Fonts or other font CDNs are embedded). The background video is also served exclusively from our own server. Your IP address is therefore not transmitted to third parties for the purpose of displaying content.

For these reasons, no cookie consent banner is required to visit this website.

7. Your rights

Within the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing, as well as a right to rectification or erasure of this data.

In addition, you have the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, a right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
